Risotto, fricking amazing , had this in Rome have to try it in Florence if we find it . Pretty sure we can duplicate.

    It's not the prettiest dish we've had but Greg it right it was amazing!!! For sure going to try & make it at home.

    It was risotto radicchio with red wine . Ya that train was very nice with big leather seats that reclined and free peanuts and a glass of white wine.
    Not red we figure that's in case you spill it.
